Ingredients:

Preperation:

  1. Heat 1 tablespoon olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
  2. Add turkey cook for 5-6 minutes.
  3. Move turkey to side of the pan add onion and rest of olive oil cook for 3-4 minutes.
  4. Add shredded carrots, garlic, and ginger cook for 2 minutes stirring frequently.
  5. Pour in chicken broth and scrape brown bits from bottom of the pan.
  6. Add cabbage, tamari(or soysauce), vinegar, salt, and pepper stir well then cover.
  7. Reduce Heat to medium-low and cook for 12-15minutes or until cabbage has reached desired tenderness.
  8. Remove from heat add toasted sesame oil.
  9. Serve in a bowl over white rice,if you using that, and top with green onions, toasted sesame seeds, and sriracha mayo,if desired.
